These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern all raffles and giveaways (“Raffles”) conducted by Impossible Rentals (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and the Company’s Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility
Raffles are open only to legal residents of the Continental United States (AKA Lower 48), age 18 or older, at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Impossible Rentals are not eligible to enter or win.
2. Entry
No Purchase Necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
Free entry is available via our online form at [website link].
Optional merchandise or bundle purchases (e.g., t-shirts, photos, extra entries) may provide additional entries but are not required.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete information. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void.
3. Prize
Each raffle prize includes one (1) custom “inspired-by” vehicle build selected by Impossible Rentals plus a variable cash award paid in USD.
Prize values may vary depending on vehicle and build costs.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash (other than the stated cash component).
Impossible Rentals reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion.
4. Odds of Winning
Odds depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received.
Example: If 1,000 eligible entries are received, the odds of winning are 1 in 1,000.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by Impossible Rentals or its authorized agent.
Drawing will take place within 14 days after the close of each raffle entry period.
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, fails to claim the prize, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Taxes & Fees
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, registration, title, licensing, and delivery costs associated with the prize.
Winners may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and provide other documentation prior to prize delivery.
7. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant Impossible Rentals the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Limitations of Liability
Impossible Rentals is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries.
Impossible Rentals is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the raffle or from use/misuse of the prize.
The vehicle prize is provided “as is” with no warranty other than any expressly provided in writing.
9. Disqualification
Entrants who tamper with the entry process, attempt to undermine the operation of the raffle, or act in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner may be disqualified.
Entries generated by script, macro, or automated systems are void.
10. Compliance & Disputes
All raffles are conducted in compliance with applicable California laws and regulations.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in state or federal courts located within California.
11. Miscellaneous
Impossible Rentals reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a raffle if technical failures, fraud, or other factors impair the integrity of the raffle.
