By accessing or using our website (impossiblerentals.com) and participating in any raffles, giveaways, rentals, or custom build services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the Continental United States (AKA Lower 48) to participate in raffles or giveaways.
Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Impossible Rentals are not eligible to win raffles.
Rental and custom build services may have additional requirements such as age, licensing, and insurance.
2. Raffles & Giveaways
No Purchase Necessary: Entry into raffles is free. Optional merchandise or bundle purchases are available to increase entries but are not required to participate or win.
Frequency: A new raffle will be conducted approximately every two (2) months.
Prizes: Each raffle prize may include (i) a vehicle, built as an original “inspired-by” design, and (ii) a variable cash award paid in USD.
Odds of Winning: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random using a computer-generated process or another method approved by our legal team.
Notification: Winners will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days of drawing. Failure to respond within 14 days may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Taxes & Fees: Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, registration, title, delivery, or other fees associated with the prize.
Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners grant Impossible Rentals the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Compliance: All raffles are conducted in compliance with applicable California laws and regulations.
3. Rental & Custom Build Services
Rentals require proof of valid driver’s license, signed waivers, and insurance coverage.
Event rentals and racetrack experiences are subject to availability and safety guidelines.
Custom build projects begin at $150,000+ and require a separate written agreement, timeline, and payment schedule.
4. Merchandise Sales
Optional merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, digital photos) may include bonus raffle entries.
All merchandise sales are final unless defective or otherwise covered by our return policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Impossible Rentals designs are original inspired-by builds and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party brand, studio, or intellectual property owner.
All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Impossible Rentals.
6. Limitation of Liability
By participating in raffles or using our Services, you agree that Impossible Rentals, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Any injury or loss resulting from vehicle use, rentals, or custom builds;
Errors or delays in raffle entries, winner notifications, or prize delivery.
8. Dispute & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
9. Change to Terms
Impossible Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
